Sound Healing

The Universe, from quantum particles to galaxies is made of living, vibrating energy fields. Both ancient traditions and modern physics affirm this truth.

Sound can have a very healing and meditative influence on our physical body. The way sound waves resonate within us can influence our emotions, cognition, and potentially even our physical health.

I play a multitude of sound instruments, from crystal quartz bowls that align to the seven energy centers in the body, to metal Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. All frequencies are intended to promote calm, clarity, and repair.

I offer public events, private gatherings, and one on one sessions. Sound can be incorporated into both yoga and massage sessions, as well.

A woman receiving a sound therapy or healing session from a practitioner who is playing a singing bowl. The woman is lying face down on a massage table with her arms extended and head turned to the side. The practitioner is standing nearby, holding a mallet or striker, and is dressed in black. The setting appears to be a serene, dimly lit room with arched wall niches and a wooden floor.
A woman with tattoos on her arm is performing a sound therapy session by placing a large singing bowl on a person's back who is lying face down on a massage table with a textured cover. The sound therapist is holding a mallet and is about to strike the bowl.
